How to Join FRM
What is required to become a member of the Fresno Radio Modelers Club?
All members have to pay annual fees which are as follows:
18 years to 64 years of age = $90.00 (Prorated to $7.50 a month for remaining months in the year)
Up to 17 years of age = $70.00 (Prorated to $6.00 a month for remaining months in the year)
Currently Fees are waived for Juniors and active Military.
Over 65 years of age = $70.00 (Prorated to $6.00 a month for remaining months in the year)
Membership year runs from January 1 to December 31.
An initiation fee of $60.00 will be added to your fees for first time members. You can pay the initiation fees over a six month period. Ask the membership officer (Craig Roberts or Stan Cole) at time of application.
1) A copy of the Registration form filled out completely. (questions about fees can be answered at the meeting)
2) A copy of the Field Safety rules quiz (found on the back of the application). The quiz must be completed.
Your will need to bring your membership card for the AMA or a receipt of payment that you have joined. Click here to Join/Renew AMA.
To become a member you have to come to a business meeting at Denny’s Restaurant located at
Herndon and Blackstone in Fresno. (NE corner) The meetings take place every second Thursday of the month at 7pm. Please show up early so that we can process your application. Fees will need to be paid before the club votes you in, unless payments are to be made at a later date.
The club members present will then vote you in.
